How do I obtain shards?

Shards can be obtained through defeating raids and claiming rewards

Using /shards, opens up a menu containing all of the Pokémon currently available in Pixelmon

Pokemon	Cost
Normal	400 Shards
Legendary	800 Shards

Advanced and Shattered Pokémon are not obtainable through shards. We are not able to implement this to the shards menu.
